Off topic from our own clubs problems. Has anyone watched the mourinho documentary? His players would run through brick walls for him. Whether you like him or not it's a very good look at his career and his mentality. Great watch.

I thought about this earlier today. The current Rangers squad look demotivated, defeated, and like they don't believe in what they are doing. They look crap. However, I fully believe that if those same players were filled with confidence, had belief in what they were doing, and clarity of individual instruction, we would steamroller teams like Dundee United and Jagiellonia.
This isn't exclusively about ability or lack thereof. The players don't have the right mindset.
Teams who are motivated to win are difficult to beat, no matter what formations who send them out to play. Even a team of poor players can achieve greatness if they work their socks off, have the desire to win things, and believe in themselves and the teammates.

I completely agree. I think the best signing we can make right now is a therapist... For the team & the fans. 🤷🏻♂️

I thought one of the main requirements of recent signings was a 'must' to having the right mindset.
'Looking them in the eye' springs to mind!
And, don't give me 'coping with the pressure of playing at a big club, in a big stadium, with lots of people making a lot of noise' nonsense, this is what these players are supposed to crave & work for, & even get training in their various academies on how to cope!
Where has it all gone wrong?
A week at Gullane during the next international break would work wonders for them!!
