Not a big deal, but why didn't Raskin give Shanks the armband when he came on. Shouldn't the captain command respect. I know it's trivial. Rangers 2-1 on Sunday hopefully, then go on a steady run.

I don't agree with when captain comes on, he gets armband. Whoever starts game as captain should finish game as captain unless he is taking off.

I'm more concerned Neil was given the armband to begin with. He's got a lot to do to establish himself in the team first amongst a crowded midfield. Doesn't need the added pressure and attention it will bring. Think it could end up just being passed around game by game.

Yeah, I didn't know he had started as captain, Kasier, but Dan Neil has been told he is the vice captain for the season.
