End of the day, the panel was a waste of time. Didn't change hee haw. Same mistakes still happening from the same referees.

The make-up of the panel was nonsense and only something you would see in Scotland.
The refs absolutely need checks and balances, though, as their record is terrible. How Collum is still in a job is beyond me.
It's my opinion they are biased, but even if you don't think that, at best they have been terrible. Collum is responsible, imo. He has made them far worse as a result of him hiding within the subjective nature of the rules.
For instance, the nonsense he came out with to justify the non Johnson Red in final OF.
What do refs give for tackles of that nature this year?
It ticks all boxes for a red in the rules, force, contact, follow through. But Willie says it doesn't, so how do his refs know what to do when that happens this season? The answer is they don't know, because instead of setting the standards, which someone even half decent in his position would do, he muddies the water.
I still expect, like I predicted before, that if we have a close title that the refs will be the deciding factor, as nothing has changed.
