Like most on here I'm a bit down after watching that on Friday night.I was so excited looking for a new start but was left feeling that our "new team" was very similar to the old team.When Aasgaard scored there was probably around 40 mins left to get a couple of winners but all that time dwindled away into another borefest.Forget Talking about loads of new players coming in we should have had more than enough on that park and on the bench to win that game.I watched the Hibs Motherwell game and the intensity and speed they both played at put us to shame, Unless DM can give them a quick reality check and a boot up the backside, on that performance we will be lucky to finish 3rd.I know it's only the first game but the players need to get some urgency now.

I mentioned on the SPL page how grateful I am we're playing them both at home, at least we'll have a chance. Both looked good and played with speed and intent, something we've not got to yet.

Didn't watch the Motherwell game but if they are playing like you both have said, it should be noted how many of their top players have left, Ward, Slattery, Welsh, Just and Watt, plus their manager, and Maswhanise is injured. Kind of kills our excuse of having a few new players and a new manager as the reason we struggled against Utd.
