Are the fans that are unimpressed with the signings this far quite right or should there more patience and wait to see what we do if we release £25m-£30m for Raskin and Souttar etc?

More patience for me, think we need to move players out. The defence is strengthened. That was no1 priority for me. Going to miss wee Mikey Moore. Bit other than that, we are stronger than last year. Hopefully Shankland gets off to a flyer.

I think patience is required if we get to September, and we didn't bring in at least 2/3 top quality starters in attacking areas, we have a right to be angry. But, still over a month left and couple big sales to happen, hopefully.

We are going in the right direction by bringing in better players (I hope) on lower money and shipping out high-earning/low-performing or profit-making players. Would it be nice to do it quicker? Yes, but we have to be patient as we don't hold all the cards these days.

Better players, that's yet to be proven whether Pandur and McCrorie are better than Butland and Tavernier, we've got rid of Antman, but now don't actually have a right winger and practically everybody else we have shifted have been loanees.
We get this every summer, getting carried away with signings until the real stuff starts, so let's wait and see before we declare this a better squad.

Considering the money we have blown over the last 14 years and the losses we constantly post I have no issues in rushing into this window. What we have now should be more than enough to beat United away and Hibs at home.
Regardless of who we signed that European tie in Poland would be tricky, they finished 4 points of the champions last year.
Let's see who we can move and who becomes available before now and the end of the window. Celtic are in the same boat as us. They'll be picked apart for their better players.
Patience required, I get there isn't much after the last 14 years but the short term fix does not work. Let's see where we are squad wise at the end of the window.
