Is it just the case with Souttar he possibly doesn't fancy the clubs coming for him at the moment?
does he want to try stay? And fight

anther players looking likely to leave soon or are they dragging there feet waiting for a perfect offer or happy to stay and be paid a wage whether they get played or not
Be interested in your views as to the many players who have apparently been told to find new clubs where there situation stands at the moment?
Possibly you can't divulge certain aspects but any info wich could point if there going to stay or go and what potentially is holding any moves up

I'm not aware of Souttar's situation being known, so it's not something I can share - just to say that a lot of what is being said on here is wide of the mark.
I don't think any players are dragging their feet on moves, many have young families, so need to give careful consideration when making decisions.
Also, for the players, it's not always a simple decision. They can agree in principle to join a new club, but in many cases it's the negotiations between the clubs that cause delays or even cause deals to collapse.

I'm told Souttar is ready to move and it'll be down south. Expected to happen this window.
