Well seen a lot of mix reviews from wednesday night, it wasn't pretty that's for sure but benefit of the doubt needs to be given it's way too early to judge it's really early doors and players just finding their feet, for me personally priority signings now should be :
A traditional hit the by line winger ( ideally at least 2 )
2 centre Half's ( need to be quick )
Creative midfielder
Right or left sided full back cover utility player type player

Gjd, I'd agree with all of that.
The Cb position is giving me the fear, as we're so light in there, but I have faith we'll sign a couple of Cbs.

Athole, I'm not sure that's the way McInnes plays. Think he's looking for the fullbacks to give us width.

Starting RB in Rommens mould (Skoglund?)
Starting/cover CB x 2.
Starting RW (Cozier Duberry?)
Starting LW.
Attack minded CM midfielder.
I'm actually hoping Aasgaard stays. I think he may improve his overall game with more positionally suited CMs in there like Drago/Neil and Devlin.
I would try him off the left and let Rommens go beyond at times. Aasgaard could do what Dio was meant to be doing on the other side if we had an all out top winger to play on the right. He's a goal threat and set piece threat.

A winger or winger's is a must, Coully. I'm not too sure about defense, but saying that early days. Onwards and upwards.

I like Aasgaard and would like him to stay, but if we can get him out for 14 million and swap him for Dahl and a right good winger it would be good business in my opinion. Really need to start getting a move on outgoings too.
I don't understand the "it doesn't matter if they go or not" posts. It must have some impact, as if they get injured or deals fall through, our squad will be very bloated.

I think we still definitely need to sign another good experienced centre half and another, also a right back in the mould of Rommens on the other side and a left back to push Rommens, we need to prioritise a class right winger, which has been our problem position for way too long and another left winger. 🤔 🇬🇧

Totally agree, we really, really have lacked on the wings for far too long now. I grew up watching some terrific wingers. I don't actually like inside forwards, but I would take Cerny back as I know he's got numbers and fight in him, but ideally I want a real wise man that will run and try to attack at every opportunity. I actually think the new signing Drago can spray a pass, but we need wide men to get the best out of his long range passing.
And even Fernandez could be doing what big Goldson done, which I felt went under the radar a lot. His long out balls into the corners I miss, they type balls, they get you out and up the park quickly and can catch teams out.
