Was trying to work out who last current Rangers was to actually play in a WC 1/4. Reckon it must be Butcher in 90 (and Steven who came on for him).
Barisic was an unused sub in 22, and Laudrup did in 98, but a few weeks after he'd left us.
Obviously a few others have before or after joining like De Boer and Gio.
Anyone I'm missing?
Imagine we didn't have any before 90 given weren't as many foreign players so is Raskin only 2nd ever?!

Thought wee Raskin was immense tonight, obviously, nothing too flashy, but broke up play and ran his heart out, ran all over the park.

I honestly would like someone to give Raskin's head a wobble, and make him see sense, that his 1st n foremost position is a 6 role,
This will no doubt get me stick, but Raskin is very similar to Tugay, and could also easily play sweeper in a back 3, just like Tugay did a few times, especially that night v Monaco.

Was waiting on someone saying he was immense or superb. Why do we bum up our own players when they have an absolutely mediocre game? He had a decent 10 mins at the end, the other 90 mins he was chasing shadows.
Immense - immeasurable, something that goes beyond ordinary.
Describing Raskin as immense tonight is surely having a laugh. Btw I'm a fan of Raskin, but I'll always call it how I see it.

I only saw the last 25/30 minutes and Raskin played very well in that time.
