Great article, EHL. ?? Can I ask your thoughts on our new coaching team (out with McInnes)?

Excellent read and great insight for supporters re goings on behind the scenes. How many seasons do you recon it will take to implement these upgrades??

Superb EHL.

Great read, thank you EHL.

Thanks, EHL. I'm staggered that our training facilities are already behind Hearts! How can this be, exactly? What do Hearts have that makes them better, or are you saying only Youth? Or their Youth set up is better than our 1st Team training?

EHL, good read and whilst it points to some of the work being done there's still a hell of a lot to be done to make Rangers a modern business very much still a work in progress! Are you back with the club or you doing your contracting?

Another excellent piece, EHL, thanks again.
I hate writing academic pieces, which unfortunately my social work role demands I do on a regular basis. If only I could talk about The Rangers, I would be a much more willing participant lol.

Excellent article EHL. I've mentioned in the last the lack of commercial nous and success compared to across the city. There's a chance to shift the dial as there were significant changes in this area a couple of years ago at the neighbours. We haven't yet capitalised on the opportunities which our new owners bring, and the correct appointment to lead this work is key.
We could do a lot worse than see who in the commercial football world is about to become available. This particular area is of great interest to me, and of huge significance to our club.

Very good, EHL. I wonder, how is it quantified where the training facilities sit, and what constitutes "advanced"? In your experience at the club and within football, do you see there being an issue with our training in terms of strength and conditioning? I remember a period of time under Gerrard where the players began to look more athletic, and performances reflected the same.
Long story short here, why aren't we hiring the best of the best?

Great article EHL, I really enjoyed it, and a very interesting and exciting future if everything goes as planned, especially the proposed stadium expansion, which is long overdue. Given how much we have fallen behind in recent years in nearly all departments, hopefully this will be a new dawn for us in the long run.

"Rangers Class shouldn't apply to a player's technical ability. It should apply to the calibre of the person wearing the shirt. We need players who understand what it means to wear the jersey. We need players who are willing to sacrifice, who are willing to do whatever it takes over 100 minutes to get the 3 points.
Players who leave everything on the pitch, rain or shine. That's Rangers Class. That's what connects the fans to the squad. That's what McInnes is tasked with bringing back. That's what this season is about. We Are The People"
Amazing paragraph to end. Great read as always.
