Did anyone see that Germany goal?
How was that not a free kick? Surely if the boot is that high and it makes contact with the face it's considered dangerous?
I'm done trying to understand these decisions. Very frustrating!

Storm, I agree. Not sure there was much, if any, contact. Yes, foot high, but surely there needs to be contact to mean risk. They have changed the interpretation at this World Cup to stop just that and I like that.

They regularly change the interpretation, Angus, the reason we get confused with the laws.

After a few watch backs, I did think there was contact. I do agree, though, I've been loving going back in time and watching nothing given even when there is a foul.
I'm glad they're starting to stamp it out. It's funny how many just bounce back to their feet now.
