Why would getting a manager that finished second twice with average Scottish clubs be a mistake, Deemc? That certainly doesn't make any sense to me. Let's see what he does with a far better squad of players.

He took Hearts from 7th the previous season, then minutes away from winning the league, second place with Aberdeen. I'm really looking forward to seeing what he'll do with better quality.

Letsdothis, I will back any Rangers manager until he can't be backed. I only wish the rest would follow, because this sacking managers because our fans have zero patience is the reason we continue going trophies less, and they can't even see it. Scary stuff.

He's not even in the door yet and we wonder why folk don't bite our hand off to come anymore.
GVB was a mistake.
Beale was a mistake.
Clement was a mistake.
Martin was a mistake.
Rhol was a mistake.
None of them are the right man for the job.
Could have Guardiola at the helm and some would still say "Wrong man for the job".
It's tiresome. I wish folk would give Managers a chance before placing judgement.
I don't know who the right man is, but I'll be right behind anyone who is blessed with the opportunity to be our manager. They need all the help and support they can get.

I'll back 100% and its just my opinion but i think it's a mistake.
He's finished 2nd yeah but his bottle has crashed on many occasions when when the finishing line is there.

Deecee, again, I will always back our manager unless he can't be backed, but not backing a man that has finished twice with very average clubs in Scotland is something different, let's see what he does with a superior squad.

Cool Dee, I just don't see where the mistake is. By the way, I never wanted Martin in the first place, but any manager will have my support until he can't be backed. McInnes finished 8 points ahead of us, and not many Hearts players would get in our team. Let's see what he does with far more quality.
