What's everyone's opinion

Where does the fault lie in respect to us imploding after the split?

Is it a Danny Rohl issue?
Or
Are our players just not good enough?

This explains it for me:

One more point probably worth highlighting from Cavenagh: "We look at it and we think that the club culture needs to change. We look at it and think that leadership needs to change on the pitch and the squad needs to change.

And with those, I think the manager can succeed.

"But until you solve those, the manager isn't going to succeed, so that's why it is our priority."

Last season's summer window simply wasn't good enough. We didn't have the required players. Miovski failed, the attacking midfielders didn't produce enough. Still no number 6, and the entire defense needs rebuilt.

Loaning in an entire defense is utter madness.

Tavernier, Butland, and Raskin might all be gone next season. There will be no case to even mention a "leadership group" because nobody will have even been here long enough.

Andrew Cavanah and Parage. They are fully responsible and they both recognise that which is refreshing to hear.

Rfc, I don't think there is one person or department at fault or to be blamed.

The post split decline was a combination of failings that run through multiple areas of the club.

I think AC's interview makes that pretty clear, and he calls out that the infrastructure around the Head Coach and the first team needs to be addressed.

Ehl, you're correct imo there is a collective blame for this season.

I understand we will see major change in backroom staff.

Yes John, I agree with the changes to Danny Rohl's backroom team, as like I've said before, I'd heard Lee McCulloch and I know the family, but quite correctly, Lee's dad, John McCulloch, won't tell you one way or the other if anything is happening there regarding jig. ?

No, really looking to blame anyone but.
Kindae felt for a while that too many players in our squad lack consistency in their play.
We just don't know what we're going to get from one game to the next.
We also have concerns over their fitness, so mibby it's a double edged sword, one's to blame for the other sort of thing.
This might explain some of Danny's decision making?
If he's told that 50 -75% of the squad are only good for 45 mins or less etc, how do u form team selections - Subs and in game tactics round that?
Do feel that it would b better for the club if the dressing room had a real good spring clean.

Personally don't need fancy signings, jist boys that will show up on match day and put in a regular shift.
We could add a sprinkle of magic dust in the right areas, but the enginehouse must be operating every match day.
Some boys playing in our league the now, all good pro's, would b great additions to our squad.
Luke Graham, Jack Milne, Elijah Just, Elliot Watt, Calvin Miller.

We need more experience. So far, for next season Souttar will be the oldest outfield player at 29. Next is a few at 26, with several 23 and under. Experience can help players through difficult spells on and off the park.

And, we need 8 or 9 leaders on the park, not a handful in the squad. I understand the model is to sell on, but we need a core to build around.
