Hi
Very good three points today against Dundee Utd, but we seem to make it harder than it needs to be!
Think Falkirk will be a harder game, as they are playing well against most teams.
Hope Celtic struggle again, but feel Hearts will not lose.
Could it possibly be our time to win the league?

I'm sure that I heard on a podcast that we have not beaten Falkirk this season, so I hope we break our duck next week.

Falkirk really finding form just at the wrong moment. Will be a hard game but should still expect to get the job done.

We haven't, that's them beat Motherwell twice away, something we couldn't do either, but we'll win and be the top of the league after the final game. ☝️?

Thought Aasgaard had a very decent game today. If he keeps that going & a few others do the same, it could be the difference needed. Sterling also had a good game, however I thought Souttar was a bitty poor, which was a shame.
We should still have taken more chances though, again just nae quite clinical enough, but regardless that's 2 games in a row with 4 scored. I'll take that all day long, no matter who scores.

Agree Chucky should have taken one for the team, but Souttar's defending for the goal was schoolboy stuff.

Both goals were the result of a number of errors. Take the first goal.
Moore running into trouble.
Chuki being out of position.
Chuki not making the foul.
Souttar getting the distance between himself and the striker wrong.
Chuki not covering the space inside Souttar.
In isolation it's not a concern. However, it was a little worrying how often poor decision making and positioning from the attack and midfield left Souttar and Djiga exposed.
I don't mind us playing high risk, but if we do we need to be a little more clinical in the final third.

I'm going to focus on the positives from yesterday. Scored four goals, played well as an attacking unit, subs made positive contributions and, most importantly, three points.
Top of the league, putting pressure on the other two.

Good chance we will have to go to Falkirk twice before season ends, on top of Parkhead and Tynecastle. Going to be difficult, and every game day being huge. Would love to go to Tynecastle early and win, but Parkhead probably our first away.

Jury is still out on Chuki for me.
Didn't know anything about him prior to him joining but I was expecting more.
He was involved in Aberdeen's goal last week and again yesterday. He reminds me a bit of Aasgaard - does some good things and you can see he has the tools etc but then lets himself down by poor elements.
Hope he proves me wrong, but he's accumulating mistakes and, again, similar to Diomande in that regard.

Ehl, very accurate analysis of the first goal. I said to my son yesterday I felt the midfield offered very little protection to the back four.

Chuki was by a distance our best player yesterday. He made more mistakes because he was trying to do more.

All about opinions, Huey. Not for me.
Difficult to pick out any standouts yesterday. Felt it was a frustrating performance, lots of effort, with occasional bit of quality thrown in.
Defence and lack of protection in front of it is a bit of a concern. Thankfully, DU are very poor, like the Dons. Think any of the top 6 have potential to cause us problems if we don't tighten up.
