Soutar, when going for a header, jumps like a salmon. He mistimes everything, total liability. To think we are paying him about 12k a week or more. Let's hope we do not make the same mistake with Tav. He has done great for us, but his time is up.
Raskin is definitely not captain material; he does not inspire those around him. Rohl's tactics are still questionable. Only time will tell. He is still learning as a coach. Maybe he needs an old head beside him, a bit like Archie Knox.
