Really enjoyed that match and a corker of a third goal from Mia!
The first half 30 minutes was a bit lacklustre but perseverance paid off and the second half was much better.
I noticed the captain having a quiet word with the young lass pretty sure it was McLeary — telling her to calm down at the end, as she was really soaking up the win.
To be honest, I was a bit gutted for her.

Cooper, insane talent for a 16 year old - just a little concern that she's maybe playing more minutes than we'd like due to injuries.
Jason, I missed that, but if I was to take a guess it would have been Jodi. Think she's been with the club from the age of 5, so to win, like that against Celtic at Ibrox on a Friday night will have meant everything to her.

I'm pretty sure it was Jodi she came bouncing up at the end, full of energy. Nicola told her to calm down, and she drifted to the back looking pretty gutted.
The atmosphere was mild, so it wasn't exactly riot material.
If it had been me, though, I'd have been on the roof ?.

I get what you're saying EHL but she has taken it in her stride. What an unbelievable talent. Hope we've found a Scottish grandparent somewhere and we can get her capped!
Noticed a number of the u17 girls on the bench again. The average age of the squad must be 20/21 which is crazy.

Cooper - yeah, we're all in on the academy and have got some brilliant talent coming through.
Hopefully we can get a few good years out of them before they head off to showcase their talents in the big leagues.

And get some fees from when they move on which would be a move to making the women's team self sustainable. If we could only replicate this model for the men's team.

It definitely comes across in your posts how much you loved working there, also how much you want that group to do well. Always posting about there games, trying to get people to appreciate the woman's game more, if only a few more had your passion Ehl eh? Your a good lad, well done ?.
