For me out of the guys supposedly being mentioned for me a would go with Ole Gunnar Solskjær.
He won't be overwhelmed by the size of the club or the demands of the fans
He plays attacking football while still accepting you have to be pragmatic when needed.
He has a great reputation for his management at clubs where expectations are high and pressure is huge
He is great with the media and has fantastic contacts within the game and great knowledge of the Scandinavian market that we could tap into as well as knowledge of the British game while knowing what it takes to win.

Ole would be a good option but I don't be leave he is currently an option.

Ole has about the same win % as muskat around 53% going by win percentage these are the two best options of the names mentioned.

Bunster are we solely basing our next head coach on win %?

I don't fully get the current obsession with win rates. In fact watching Scotland struggle against Belarus on Sunday, I found myself thinking - didn't Steve Clarke have a 50% win rate at Kilmarnock?

Win % been looked at too much all depends what league and standard your manager at. People clamouring for McInnes then realise his win % over last 3 seasons has not topped 35%.

Not solely but it's something always worth looking at and discussing. Remember when you yourself storm put up Martin's for the first time, we were all horrified how even got an interview mate. I think it was you storm, my bad if mistaken ?.
