My opinion on the new arrivals:
1. Still feel Aarons isn't up to speed yet and will get better once he settles.
2. Big Djiga has been great, athletic, physical and comfortable on the ball, just feel he has the odd mistake in him.
3. Rothwell looks neat and tidy, likes a pass and links play up well. Different kind of player to Raskin.
4. Gassama has been sensational, will play at a better level than us but make us a few quid in doing so.
5. Cameron has been brilliant, deserved his chance last night and grabbed it with both hands.
6. Antman had as good a debut as I can remember, looks like a great acquisition.
All in all very positive, just need to be patient as the team gel.

I think it's a shame for Aaron's that he's initially been judged by his ability at left back, he was good last night and has been very key player in the CL qualifiers so far creatively also. Should be our RB going forward.

Agree mostly apart from rothwell i think he's a bit too cautious with the ball a lot of sideways and backward passes from him. noticed a few times he could play a through ball and decided not too. still hopeful he'll come good tho same as i'm hopeful with aarons.
the next player that needs dropped is dio i feel he needs a wee kick up the backside he was doing a lot of ball watching last night instead of getting stuck in.

Agree fully on Dio being the next to be "dropped". He'll struggle to get into the team with Raskin, Aasgaard, Cameron ready to go. Rothwell a bit of a water carrier for the team, but we need that in an attack minded system. Neat and tidy, think he'll end up doing the job like Tugay did.

An easy question for most of us i believe but i'll put it out there anyway ie. should young lyall cameron keep his place in our starting midfield and at who's expense ?.

The Dundee DeBruyne is going to surprise people the most I think with how good he'll be.

Our style is high possession so we will recycle sideways and back rather than play a forward pass if that is more risky. we need to get used to that but as was obvious last night it is something which does work and is entertaining as well. I heard one loud groan last night when the ball went back so it may still be a culture shock for Scottish crowds. thing is other teams can't score when we have the ball.

SWS Rothwell 100% cameron should be his replacement my midfield for what it's worth would consist of raskin, dio, Cameron, barron and the rest of the new players signed on a rotation. The front 3 is now igamane or dessers and then the wingers of gassama, moore, cortes and antman.

SWS yes he should and at no one's expense. He has the shirt now and it is up to others to win it back. don't see competition really for that until Aasgard is fit. so Cameron, Rothwell, Dio are now 1st choice IMO. might rotate though to keep team fresh.

Folks, I'm also looking forward to see what Aasgard can provide, I love what I'm seeing thus far from the new players. Will Mickey Moore be available for Saturday Folks, and next week in Europe folks.

I know Aarons has been played out of position, but even at RB he has looked a bit weak and easily shrugged off the ball at times. Hopefully he can kick on though. Great pass to Antman for the third goal!
