Clubs still negotiating Fee. I was told they were close on Sunday night so not sure what's happening at the moment. Sheffield Wednesday are interested and appear happy to pay the £1.5m asking price. He wants to come to Scotland and to Rangers but I think Norwich are hoping to stall and get other clubs involved to start bidding war or force us to stump up the £1.5m. I heard we offered £850k plus add ons then £1m plus £100k based on appearances.
Expecting to hear something tomorrow tbh

Norwich were not happy with staged payments being offered! But Dorrans has told Norwich he wants to return to Scotland for family reasons.
