That's cool with me I'd prefer Haji Wright and Maja, not this Douvikas as I've never seen him play and he doesn't seem to have a good scoring record, good this season, but 42 goals in over 130 games, Dessers has a better scoring record than him in better leagues as well games 279 goals 111 and some don't want him but want someone with not as good a scoring record, would also prefer Dykes than Colak at least he can play the way our manager wants him playing.

Beale about, what's so good about Maja? If you want to talk about players needing a "good scoring record" then Maja averaged a non-penalty goal every 314 minutes in France's Ligue 2 last season whereas Douvikas averaged a non-penalty goal every 134 minutes in the Eredivisie last season.

I think night dykes would be a very good signing for us. Not as 1st choice but in a rotation/ back up whilst gave every chance to cement his place same as rest. He definitely offers something to any team?
I think he could be a decent signing for us and surprise a lot a people.
He'd tear it up domestically and give us a different option in Europe whole being the type of no9 beale is after. Technically not the best bit still a good player football isn't all about about fact players sometimes u need grit and spirit and a bit of rough in your team.

Hagi Wright has a worse goal record than Lammers as does Maja. Dessers wasn't as good as Alfie but a lot better than anyone else we've been linked with. I'd be happy with Douvikas, he's young and coming into form. Many good years and potential profit from him.

I agree Beale I've been going on about Maja for a few years on here. Look at the way he played in the half Season in Fulham team that were cannon fodder. The boy is a dynamic attacker that gets about. Coldo will always harp on slagging Morelos and players of that style as he hasn't a clue. Kenny miller and Gordon durie were the same kind of attackers who did the hard work but brought everyone else into play around them. What would you do to have Kenny miller or Gordon durie in our ranks right now.

Given the markets we shop in, I imagine it's going to be difficult for us to sign a player that the majority of our fanbase know of and are happy to see signed!

Looking at the 4 signings so far I have little or no real knowledge of Dowell, Sterling or Lammers.

As such neither Dowell or Sterling excite me - not saying they're bad signings btw - and for some reason I have a feeling Lammers will be a brilliant signing (which probably means he'll be awful! ) .

Butland is the only one I actually know as a player and one that worries me as it's been a long time since he was a Number 1 and he has big gloves to fill.

Let's just enjoy the transfer windows ups and downs and quit the petty one upmanship.

The decision to let Morelos go was an easy one given his wages and lack of form. The guy was earning a reported £33k and has been looking for a move elsewhere for some time. A parting of ways was the best decision for everyone.

Rangers should have been brave enough to sell Morelos and Kent last summer when their stock was still high. Both of those players shouldI’ve been told to sign a new deal, or find a new club. As it was, Rangers did nothing and two of our most valuable player assets walked for free 12 months later. Ross Wilson should’ve been sacked for that alone.

Anyway, he’s gone now and we need a replacement. If we replace Morelos with Dykes that’s a massive downgrade.

No I'm not coldo. Morelos didn't grow up a rangers supporter and wanted to play elsewhere and should have left earlier but prior to his last season he was brilliant. We've played European football since 56 and no one else has scored as many European goals as him for us so that speaks for itself.

Yes our manager did want rid, our manager said that el coo wasn't offered a contract since he came back to the club. So if our manager wanted to keep el coo then our manager would have went to the board and fought tooth and nail to get a better contract offered. This did not happen because our manager did not want to keep el coo.

Buff was offered a new deal, some time ago, it was rejected. Camp Buff believed as Europe's leading goal scorer for Rangers he deserved more. From that point Buff really stopped performing, Rangers decided not to renegotiate. This was decided after discussions with Beale. Beale stated when he returned if you don't want it, the club don't want you.

Right decision made, I loved Buff, but as always nobody bigger than the club!
