This team ufa are no mugs . zenit really struggled against them and by all accounts ufa played them off the park even though they lost. We need to be wary.

1.) 20 Aug 2018 06:46:44
Unfortunately we don't have big enough squad for long run in Europa as well as league.

2.) 20 Aug 2018 08:33:16
6counties That means not having to play these two games will be a bonus.

3.) 20 Aug 2018 09:23:40
If Eddie izzard can do 26 marathons in 26 days, professional athlete can manage 2 90 min games a week for a few months.

4.) 20 Aug 2018 09:46:09
Marco C, marathons and football are not the same. One is low in intensity and the latter is high, not to mention there is physical contact with a competitor in football and poses a lot more risk to injury of joints etc.

The players also train midweek which involves high intensity training in various forms, including contact with team mates in training games.

Not saying marathons are easy, far from it, but its completely wrong to compare the two, they are in different ends of the spectrum.

5.) 20 Aug 2018 10:28:54
If our players are in the same nick as eddie izzard after the 26th marathon when we play celtic we might only scrape a 1-0 win. that's too close for me.

6.) 20 Aug 2018 10:49:43
Take agh 1-0 off the smelltic every day, but would love to see the wee man Morelos score ah hat trick, against that mob.

7.) 20 Aug 2018 10:54:27
The fitness might be there but the mental aspect will diminish, this is what most folk fail to realize. i'm in no way a professional footballer but i played 5's 3-4 times a week by the Friday i wasn't worth a f*** so imagine their intesity, training, expenditure during games and a mountain of travelling is a million times worse.

8.) 20 Aug 2018 10:57:03
As far as I am aware if the Russians don’t get visas the tie is awarded to the home team as a 3.0 victory with the second leg still to play . ? Do you know if this Is right ED.

{Ed001's Note - not a clue mate, I am trying to find it in the UEFA rulebook but it is hard going to sit and read through it and the sites are so busy I haven't managed to get far.}

9.) 20 Aug 2018 11:29:26
Yea have checked it and as far as I can see justvthe one game forfeit at a 3.0 score . UEFA gave the option to ban them from a he competition but that is only in extreme cases.

{Ed001's Note - you would think they would make an exception in this case due to the circumstances. The UK is making it extremely difficult for Russian nationals to get a visa currently, so it is not 100% the fault of the football club at all if they are unable to get the necessary documentation. I would expect them to appeal any decision along those lines and CAS is likely to back them.}

10.) 20 Aug 2018 12:48:44
Tend to agree with u mols. Interesting if uk gov don't issue visa, then Russians do same to us.

11.) 20 Aug 2018 14:55:51
They will forfeit the match from my understanding. It’s real possibility. Young lad had to pull out of Euro Athletics due to same issue.

12.) 20 Aug 2018 17:44:51
WE SHOULD GET TO GROUP STAGE THEN BLOOD YOUNGSTERS AND CONCENTRATE ON LEAGUE. we would never win europa with champions league teams dropping in anyhoo.

13.) 20 Aug 2018 18:17:31
What a lot of nonsense! If your in you compete.

25 Jul 2018 23:13:53
Heard a rumour that rangers have put out to tender 4G mobile antenna on every 5 or so rows of seats. will cost us around 1 million but will make easy profit long term. So much for us not having money and going into financial free fall.

1.) 25 Jul 2018 23:57:22
Are you joking? It's difficult to tell these days given the nonsense that gets posted on here.

2.) 26 Jul 2018 06:24:47
Would much rather money spent on someone who can bang them in!

3.) 26 Jul 2018 22:34:56
No a definite . will make a profit on this deal in two years

Anyhoo thot I’d share it . I know the guy who instals
Did man untd . Sheffield weds and a few others
It’s happening just no decided who gets contract .
And how if it’s a fresh revenue stream is it a negative thing? Wow.

12 Jul 2018 00:18:07
Think the board have played a blinder recently. regarding Pedro. I think there was some behind the scenes politics as I am led to beleive graham park had something to do with this via his friendship Pedro mendes. I think they thought the foreign guys would come into our league and stroll it. How wrong. Eh

1.) 12 Jul 2018 07:01:01
Your about six months late with this one mols.

2.) 12 Jul 2018 07:27:32
Where have you been Mols, the moon😭🇬🇧

3.) 12 Jul 2018 08:26:14
Yo Molsgoals, just to get you up to speed, we have a new manager. Steven Gerrard is his name.

4.) 12 Jul 2018 11:41:51
I will say this - Pedro Mendes is the real cause of this travesty. He knew his client was miles out of his depth but wanted a handsome pay day himself. Self serving and to the detriment of our club - it disgusted me when he was welcomed back for the legends game.

5.) 12 Jul 2018 12:51:06
Anybody ever seen that Steven Segal movie when he wakes up out of a coma with full on tramp beard etc.?

6.) 12 Jul 2018 17:48:04
Hard to kill my man lol i see you’re point

7.) 12 Jul 2018 18:15:39
Ha brill guys . Ed’s fault my post was a reply to someone who slagged the board for crap managerial appointments in Warbs . Pedro . and Murty. on the banter page and was doubting steve . in saying that I feel about 120 watching this team for the past four years and some of the crazy managerial decisions like letting magregor go on a free etc . looking for it all to be behind us as the feelgoid factor isvdefo back and I do feel like I have woken from a terrible nightmare . Let’s Feckin Go. lookin fir three plus the night

8.) 12 Jul 2018 18:30:37
Thanks Ed even tho u stitched me up

10 May 2018 00:15:03
Keep the faith gents investment coming . keeping cards close to chest . mark guidi believes so as he has some inside info . but sh sh don't tell anyone

1.) 10 May 2018 10:39:35
Sadly I think MG makes it up as he goes along.

2.) 10 May 2018 15:49:12
Mark Guidi has inside knowledge that Gerrard wouldn't be rangers manager and Michael oneil would be the next Scotland manager. don't believe anything he says

3.) 10 May 2018 23:29:39
Sorry you got that wrong Tjrfc. Heard it with my own ears MG said long before anyone else that Stevie was coming to the mighty . don't particularly like the guy but think he has inside knowledge and doesn't swing with us so no call for him to be positive . altho he did think we would beat the mankies at ibrox when we lost 3.2

4.) 11 May 2018 01:16:37
Mark Guidi is a Tim and a Twat

29 Apr 2018 14:11:00
Oh my god. if Gerard has seen that his bottle will go, and no wonder.

1.) 29 Apr 2018 14:35:42
If Gerrard has see this then he will no a new full team is required so he ain't going to go with the seem players players in, sturrage matterson and 14 more.

2.) 29 Apr 2018 15:14:59
Gerrard would have seen the 4-0 and already known how dreadful this shower of trash were before entering negotiations.

3.) 29 Apr 2018 16:18:15
It was a non story from the sun to begin with. Does anyone else grasp this? Who knows if he will take it. I'm saying nae chance. Even if he did want it what has he done?

12 Sep 2018 22:20:26
Looking like rossiter. Dorrans. Wallace Coulibaly all fit . rossiter. Coulibaly. jack and Arfield in the same team . wow.

1.) 13 Sep 2018 07:28:44
Dorrans is fit but still has pain when he kicks the ball, which doesn't sound fit to me. Rossiter is probably a week to 10 days away from being fit 😒 as per usual.

Nice to see coulibaly fit again though.

2.) 13 Sep 2018 10:52:19
A week to 10 days to be fit must mean he is about 2-3 weeks away fr9m getting injured.

3.) 13 Sep 2018 12:42:42
Jack has been poor since the Aberdeen game. Started the season well with a couple of standout performances but if I had to pick a 3 man midfield he's be behind Coulibaly, Arfield, Rossiter, Dorrans and Ejaria in that order.

4.) 13 Sep 2018 13:05:56
😂😂😂 thank **** SG is picking.

5.) 13 Sep 2018 13:56:34
JM22 you say Jack has been poor since the Aberdeen game. Aberdeen were the FIRST game of the season so how can he be poor yet still have a couple of standout games, doesn’t really make much sense 🤨 Jack, Coulibaly and Arfield would be our first choice midfield three every time for me when all are fit 🇬🇧.

6.) 13 Sep 2018 14:35:58
When all are fully fit the squad will be looking pretty good. Would have liked another striker but that’s just maybe being a wee bit greedy!

7.) 13 Sep 2018 15:10:35
Dorrans fit but it hurts when he kicks a ball?
Does anybody see the fatal flaw in that diagnosis?

8.) 13 Sep 2018 16:56:56
Jack coulibly and arfield mid 3 all day long.

9.) 13 Sep 2018 20:47:13
For me airfield hasn’t done much. Jack coulibally and ejaria for me in the central role.

10.) 14 Sep 2018 12:11:47
Our season started in July and we played 4 European ties before Aberdeen so my point makes perfect sense BJ. Jack was excellent home and away to Osijek and played well in the Aberdeen game before going off injured but he's been average since he's returned. Anyone who think otherwise must be watching a different player.

01 Sep 2018 19:58:56
Also we win tomorrow we go second they drop to sixth . hope culibally plays with jack. Arfield . brown will not know what’s hit him . think they are kacking it more than they ever have been . The new disco lights might be a problem for us right enough . but here’s hopin. more optimistic by the minute.

1.) 01 Sep 2018 21:21:00
buuzzing for 12 bells sunday morning to arrive really hope coullibally starts tommorow and if he does i'm putting a right few quid on pea nut heed getting sent off as i think the big man will bully him and nood nut won't know what has hit him let's go.

01 Sep 2018 19:51:30
Spartak seem to be the hottest in our group . ( apart from ourselves of course ) the other two got beat this week . Spartak thirdvin league play zenit tomorrow at 5.

29 Jul 2018 22:51:37
One thing I noticed that has changed for the best. At half time the players warm up with a purpose and are being watched by two coaches . Night and day from the last three managers and it looks very healthy and pleasing.

1.) 30 Jul 2018 00:32:51
I like that we have some strength and depth in the squad now, there's no need to panic or force someone out of position if a first teamer gets injured or suspended, we have a main team that can challenge for the title and a 2nd squad who would probably finish in the top 6.

So much better than it has been for many years.

21 Jul 2018 21:26:22
Ed I have come up with a brilliant idea . maybe it needs a poll. but can we have a separate posting section called RANGERS WINGES. then the rest of us don’t need to absorb the negativity of the neighsayers as it certainly brings us and thus site down. constructive points . constructive criticism yes. wingin thanks but no thanks . got rid of the wife for that.

{Ed033's Note - i take it that you didn't do very well in school (not that doing poor at school is a bad thing.)

1.) 21 Jul 2018 22:08:43
Not everyone lives in Dreamland molsgoals! We're not all deluded and believe everything that spurts out Kings mouth! We've been in this situation a few times now so us, as fans, have the right to voice our concerns and opinions, especially when it's our hard earned cash that's been keeping the club afloat!

2.) 21 Jul 2018 22:10:22
Aright ed you have to post my rant, totally justified though😂.

{Ed033's Note - Your rant is on the Rangers other posts page

3.) 21 Jul 2018 22:17:10
Nah Mols, its everyones differing opinions that make the site for me. And its a lot more level headed than a few other gers pages. are you saying you would rather only have posts that are saying everything is rosey all the time? I might not agree with all that's posted but whether its Rick Witters moans, Coops polls and constant use of! or DK17 just telling fans to pee off every opinion is of exactly the same value.

4.) 21 Jul 2018 23:26:06
Wow, no need for that Snell!

I never shut down positive commentators!

5.) 22 Jul 2018 00:06:05
I never said you did mate! haha

Naming folk was very tongue in cheek but i stick by my point that someone expressing negativity holds the same sway as your (inevitable 😉) follow up telling them to stop moaning. No matter the angle we come from its all based on the foundation of our passion for the club.

6.) 22 Jul 2018 11:27:48
Sorry ed predictive text . late in the evening and no glasses. presumed you would have understood that ( my excuse anyhoo) and anyway I thot this was a banter page and not an open university site. Its better using language that the not to much up top understand. Constructive criticism welcome . wingers ware you down so thus a section for wingers. I like lifelong and a lot of others on here are exasperated at times . especially when you read posts doubting and slagging the manager after a handful of games . lifelong had enough . there’s is a difference between winging and slagging and constructive positive criticism. but of course some people find That hard to understand. anyhoo am away back to my theasaurus lessons.

{Ed033's Note - If we're having a section for wingers, then maybe we should have a section for defenders as well.

7.) 22 Jul 2018 14:23:13
Brilliant very good.

8.) 22 Jul 2018 19:11:06
Ok just realised am a fud . well I realised that a long time ago but ok whingers . not wingers . took me a while.

Yea the pitch for sure and to be honest after Murphy can you blame them for being cautious. imagine we had lost Alfredo or Ryan Kent like murph. a serious concern for future I think.

To be honest a few years ago I feared we would never see that again at ibrox . not in my lifetime anyway . I think that’s how all the bears are appreciating it . cheers Stevie and team.

He doesn't need money goalie but a challenge and with us he definitely has that. He doesn't seem like a quitter and as long as he has our support. I think he will be in it for the long haul . Dave King quietly at the match last night . He must be as chuffed as punch.

Correction two defeats is not a steady start . but for me a remarkable start . right behind you Stevie.
