Morning guys,

Hope everyone is safe and well. After some of the recent displays does anyone think we possibly missed a trick in the summer (or even January) when we could have banked £20million + for Morelos and Kent. Both have not hit great heights this season and have not been pivotal in our good performances this season. Much needed cash in bank and possibly another couple of cheaper players who would have made more of an impact.

I think recent performances have shown how much we need morelos. Kent hasn't hit the nights at all but simply being there creates space for others. Think he needs s rest tho.

2.) 17 Feb 2021 10:19:53
Kent and Morelos have had periods of poor form this season but both have played they're part in the great season we're having.
Our best side has them both in it.
I'd rather win the league this season than have had sold them both last summer.

3.) 17 Feb 2021 10:51:57
I've been Morelos biggest supporter on here and Kent's biggest critic.
The current best Rangers side with everyone on form and available has both Morelos and Kent in it.

4.) 17 Feb 2021 11:54:14
100 percent correct mph. Without a shadow of a doubt.

5.) 17 Feb 2021 12:54:57
I am the same at MPH regards Morelos and kent but our team when on form have those two in it.

It’s glaring obvious we have missed fredo recently (his own fault)

We need fredo as main striker as he is the best we have by a country mile.

Hi guys, just a suggestion here but what about giving Ryan Giggs a try?

Kintyre bear

1.) 12 Feb 2017 11:40:21
I think we are beyond giving people a 'try'

We need tried and tested people in, not someone whos liable to pump kenny millers bird

2.) 12 Feb 2017 11:41:17
I think we really have to make the right decision now that Celtic are disappearing over the horizon. To me, it has to be someone tried and tested already. I know in the past I mentioned Cathro, maybe if he had been given the job when we were in the 2nd Div, where you could and should take risks, although he was probably still at school then.

Disappointing again tonight, and unfortunately not just on the park, as last week the party songs could clearly be heard on TV. Why??? Then we will have cheek to moan when we get penalised for it. Be interesting to see the responses as to why we continue with those songs.

1.) My sentiments also kintyre bear, there's no rhyme or reason to our play, no pattern and our midfield create nothing and are practically non existent, time for mccoist to drop nicky law in my opinion, this guy has gone back a mile since the turn of the year

2.) Kintyre Bear
Spot on this has been one of my concerns we've got away with the songs for a wee while in the lower leagues but as we near the top league Mr Lawell and Co will hammer us with points deductions and once in the premier league fear the day we play Celtic as the trouble will be terrable from both sets of supporters

3.) Simple. these people who follow us to away games are brain dead!

4.) Hi KB, I agree with your comments we have become a club that has no real identity, we are difficult to watch on the park, we are a shambles off the park. The songs that I used to sing when I was a boy now seem so outdated and inappropriate, are we the only club side in the UK that regularly sings god save the queen, the songs and some of the reasons we sang them belong in the past. I would love for someone with a bit of class to come in and give this club a real shake up and drag it and some of its supporters into the 21st century.

5.) 16 Aug 2014 17:25:55
Get your point with other songs but nothing wrong with god save our Queen after all it is our national anthem.
r.f

6.) R. f what has god save the queen got to do with football it's time new songs were sung and not the ones from the dark ages

7.) @6

Agreed God save the queen is long past it's sell by date

8.) 17 Aug 2014 11:59:11
The national anthem is played at the end or in some cases beginning of lots of sporting events & is usually sung a couple of minutes before the end of a bears game no harm in this if it offends leave or turn sound down on t.v ,on this subject there was no reports in media about offensive songs so yet again its one of our own who brings this to the fore .
r.f

9.) With regards to "yet again its one of our own who brings it to the fore" I am presuming that you are suggesting it is only the rangers fans who hear those songs and have a problem with it? That I am trying to create some sort of issue? I do not wish to get into some sort of online argument regarding this. My point is that, surely this singing deserves to be kept in the past? Can you give me a reason for those songs? (other than the other mob sing as well) I am worried that we have enough to deal with without having more negative publicity, points deductions, fines etc. I am sure that the media will be more than happy to pick up on this when there is either not a lot else to write about or we play in a "big" game again. We should be showing some class at this time and not bringing ourselves down.

Happy New Year guys.

I have to admit that I am a wee bit worried about Sat. I don't think we are playing particularly well in the last month and they seem to be creating a few chances. I don't think Kent has shown any sort of form recently and along with Morelos not be reliable it will not be as straight forward as many think. I know this next comment will get me slaughtered on here but I also think McGregor looked a bit ropey yesterday. I know he has been outstanding for us and deserves all the praise he gets but I just think yesterdays performance if repeated will get us caught out. I really do fear what many consider a big surprise with them scoring a few goals on Sat. Obviously hope I am wrong and will be first to admit I don't know what I am talking about if we get the result.

Would have to think that if the board are waiting until the end of next week then they are maybe looking at seeing how Michal ONeill gets on with the playoffs

Disappointed today, looked like Hibs wanted it more. Couple of things which did concern me:

Trav was not at it from the off and should have been replaced in the first half.

Davie weir was an outstanding defender who got by on positioning and reading a game, is he not working with the centre backs? I can't see his influence at all on the defence.

Given that two of Hibs goals were from corners, as well as Miller hitting the bar with a header from the corner, it shows that a decent ball in can be productive so why are we not putting it in direct more often?

I find it a wee bit concerning that some people think it is acceptable to behave in the manner which was witnessed at the AGM. To be honest it is this attitude which has made us so unpopular. We are looking for investment, but who is going to seriously think about being associated with us when it is embarrassing that we think it is acceptable to behave like thugs or it is our right and heritage to continue to take the sectarian attitude which I defy anyone to deny is still a problem. Before the usual culprits on here have a go at me about not being a true supporter because i'm not interested in threatening behaviour or abusive songs (which before I matured I did participate in!) Can you really see investors, potential fans etc thinking to themselves; hotels in London pulling out of EGM because they don't think we can behave (correctly) fans causing trouble inside grounds, songs from a bygone era still being sung, Aye that's the team for me!

Agree 100% with DOIGER. No-one was questioning anything during the good times and anyone who comes on here to say that they questioned where the money was coming from I would question their honesty. We were all loving it. I also do not agree with the criticism of David Murray. He made mistakes but at least he had the interests of the club at heart and can not believe anyone would seriously question this.
