Seemingly Rangers have made an official enquiry for Cerny, did well for us but I'm always skeptical about 2nd time around but will be more than happy if proved wrong.

Frustrating at how poor we are in identifying and recruiting wingers at our club, while that mob across the city appear to have a conveyor belt of guys we have never heard of come in, hit the ground running and look like Premier League quality.
They seem to scour the world - while we look at lower league prospects in top 5 leagues.
The list below isn't exhaustive - but evidences the width of the scouting net.
We need to be investing in a proper global scouting network.
And for reference - they sold 5 of these guys on for over £60m.

Bearbear, the annoying thing is a number of these wingers were found by Christian Nerlinger and come from his agency. The question you must ask is, why are we not using him to scout players seen as he is one of our own.
I have said for a long time I would love to have him back at Ibrox as our head of recruitment. With the networks he has and also the amazing job he done at Bayern, why would you not want him.

Storm, these are the questions the Exec should be asking. Apparently the unwashed had been monitoring Duran for a year - at £5m he looks to be a steal (though it's early days). However, there is still good value out there if you know where to look.
Del has spoken for over 6 weeks about getting 'difference makers', and, while I hope our most recent signings prove to be successful, none fall into that category - the time is now, Rangers!
