There is a lot of stories i'm hearing and i was told this also by a good few at Ibrox against Hibs on wednesday night there, that Rangers are definitely wanting to sign dan neil from sunderland and make him our new Rangers captain ?Has anyone else heard this info ???

Why aren't Ipswich keeping him? They have just made Akpom and Kipre permanent and he's one we all know is poor, so why not Neil?

He maybe decided Ipswich wasn't the club for him, wslgers. Lad has plenty of choices.
