Not sure if said already but just reading online were after 22 year old defender, gilberto batista. Valued at around 2.6m from moreirense. Not sure authentic in the rumour but just passing it on.

He is one of a number of players being considered.
I understand that Henrik Falchener and Tobias Guddal are also very high in consideration.

Of the three I'd be edging away from Batista, probably the quickest of the three but I can't look past the rashness. He seems to dive in even when the easy option is to slow the attacker on your feet.
The other two would be my preferred options.
I like a defender who could almost play 6. Calm on the ball and reads the game. Gudal edges that and seems just that bit quicker.
We'd need some pace on the cover with either, I reckon.
