EHL, John, Ibrox4me have any of you guys heard of Rangers striking a deal to partner with Nordic Scouting?
An independent scouting agency.

Aph, this has been ongoing for some time, going back to SG being the manager. I don't think it will happen, but hope it does.

I think we've had a connection to them for a while through Lemor, but I'm not aware of any formal partnerships.
I would be surprised, as scouting networks like them typically try to avoid formal partnerships with clubs.

Thanks, White Horse. I hope it is something the club are trying to do. Very good group of guys, and they have an excellent relationship with Stig.

He is very good, EHL2020. I think i may have caught it wrong.
It is a very good group to have a developing relationship with, and if Ludovic already has a relationship, then fantastic.

Aphelion, I'm pretty sure Lemor and Koppen were grinding away trying to attract players, but the calibre of players we were looking at favoured Germany and Austria.
Stig and Rohl seem to have a bit more pulling power though, it's just a shame Antman and Olsen have flopped so badly.
Interestingly, I have heard we are close to forming a pathway partnership with a German club, which could also tie in with closer links to Nordic Scouting.

EHL, Olsen hasn't played enough games to be considered a flop. He's played 100 minutes for us and hasn't played a lot of football this season. Give the guy a bit of time.
03 Feb 2026 23:03:40
I like what you did there with Antman and Olson. ?
Leverkusen or RB?
03 Feb 2026 23:05:59
But I would say it is about time Rangers started to make use of their brand.
We need to start linking up with more official pathway partnerships with top clubs throughout Europe.

Beef, that was a little tongue-in-cheek comment based on some recent threads.
I certainly wouldn't class either as flops.
03 Feb 2026 23:34:51
Well, agreed, red Olsen, but Antman, for me, certainly hasn't shown enough to be kept for next season. Both Cameron and Curtis have shown more in the limited time they got.
? When he gets back to full fitness, that Rohl can get a tune out of him.
03 Feb 2026 23:35:30
Hope the hammer is watching, he will be.

I think Antman needs to be given time. He's been injured, is coming back in with little game time, and has not had much time to build a bond with the team.
He was on fire before he joined Rangers. Also, on his debut, he was fantastic.
I think he needs game time and to bond more with the team!

Haha, very good, EHL, but I would be very surprised if Antman makes it at Rangers.
If he does, then I'd be happy to come back to Asa and congratulate him on his view.
The problem that guys like Antman will have is time. It definitely looks as though competition will be fierce for places and, regardless of his injury, he has been ineffective so far.
Olsen has it all to do as well. 8m would be a lot to shell out on a guy who doesn't prove himself on loan, but I reckon he can do it.
