Not having a dig at them but can anyone let me know what is seen in Kelly & Naderi?
For the money they cost they don't look too comfortable with the ball at their feet. They seem to bundle their way forward rather than looking natural.
Not being negative about them but would appreciate people's input to make me see them in a different light.

I honestly don't think any of the forward line were the problem this evening.
Similar to the Dundee game, scoring 2 goals away from home should result in all 3 points.
Hearts targeted our right hand side, Fernandez and Sterling gifted them chance after chance.
On the few occasions Sterling or Fernandez came out on too, the second ball dropped to Hearts as Where's Wally was playing find Captain in the middle of the park.
We need to drop Sterling, Neil and Fernandez and go back to 433 - unless we're playing a bottom 6 side at home on a lovely sunny evening.

I wasn't just meaning tonight's game. I've thought this all season.
Naderi just seems unorthodox and I don't see great control from Kelsy but just looking for opinions from people with more football knowledge than me.

100% on Neil & Fernandez. They have struggled every game when it turns into a battle. Sterling was poor tonight but wouldn't drop him he's been playing well mostly and nedelkovic would probably have struggled tonight as well.
Another game where attacking changes are made too late. It was clear all 2nd half something had to change.

Fernandez is going to cost us points, some of his decisions are shocking. Take him out of the team and give Godfrey a run, he is experienced and will hopefully bring some calm to the team going to away grounds.

EHL, atm the formation isn't the biggest issue it's the personnel and DM's reluctance to change things early. Fernandes has been poor for weeks and tonight was as bad a defensive performance you will see from a player. He should be dropped for the weekend.
Gassama should not have seen the 2nd half.
As for tactics, when we have the ball in defence he needs to bring the wingers back into midfield and give us some numbers in there. Naderi and Kelsy should be able to occupy a back 4 on their own.
When we play the wingers so high up the pitch, if we don't win the 1st or 2nd ball we surrender the midfield with 4 players in the wrong side of the ball. It was the same at the weekend! And we've not learned which is a bit worrying.

Zikos, what Hearts did, they also had four forwards on the park, but they dropped deeper when required.

Agree EHL. Godfrey, Kosta and Drago all in for me and as for Gassama, he would be getting a spell on the side lines as well. What disappointed me tonight was as individuals only one player performed, big makhanya, he looks like he strolls every game. It was a massive game and another chance to make a statement. We lost far to many individual battles and second balls.
The team actually looks like we are missing a captain someone who can step up when we need to dig in and rally everyone. Bitterly disappointed with the performance, happy we rescued a point.
Watching a McInnes team I'm still not confident we can go out a blow a team away and feel like we are still very fragile.
