My last home game before I head Tenerife for my usual four week sabbatical before winter really sets in and I've not been this happy in a few years. Our management team know what we need to do, our players (after an indifferent start) know what we need to and the other side seem to be imploding but they've and we have seen this before. For me the stand outs are our goalie who as much as I liked JB but also disliked him I think he's an absolute rock in goal. Defence I think big Macca has settled Manny a bit but Penrice wow if ever a player has settled it's him. Neil has shown what some but not all of us thought has now showed why we tried really hard to sign him(bear in mind if rumours are true they also enquired).
Min su I'm sure we've not seen the best of him even though what I've seen I'm impressed so far. Mostly I'm impressed by our boss as after adverse results at the start (Europe) I think he's gelling a team that believes. If you've not seen the training video and I know it can be fabricated but this set of players look like they're all on par with what our great club is all about and that's family, I look forward to watching from afar and whoever my season book goes to (mates in charge so feck knows) I hope they're engaged with this team as much as I have been.
