14 players in. 19 out. That's another huge turnover for the squad.
Unfortunately we don't have the luxury to give them time to gel. McInnes needs to find his best starting 11. Can't keep chopping and changing formations 2 or 3 times in a game.
Maybe dropping out of Europe can be a blessing to give him time to work with the players without the pressure of midweek European football.

We simply need to give this team the time to gel and bond. Failing to do so is why we have found ourselves in this position. Give the manager the time to build a team.

Not giving time isn't an option in my opinion.
It's clear that what's been happening wasn't working.
Rome wasn't built in a day and they're still working on the Sagrida Familia.
If time results in something wonderful then I'm behind it 100%.
Patience is a virtue and I really hope people get behind the process.
