So been thinking and that folk saying we need to give McInnes time but how much time? January? End of season? Do we just put up with horrendous performances and woeful results just to give him time? Time for what?
He is a mid spfl manager and with that you get mid spfl results and performances. This team should be winning those Europa league and conference league games and easily I may add. We do have good players that is a fact but we have a below standard manager that is a fact. We clearly have money to spend so spend some of that and a manager/coach with proven record.

No, this team should not be winning Europa Leagues. These seasons, getting to the final happens pretty much once a generation. We get very lucky getting two in my lifetime.
You need to be realistic, he's an SPL manager and we're nothing more than an SPL club, it's a good fit.
Once we accept that we're hopeless, we can address this and improve.
I suspect we've hit rock bottom again (after finishing third and winning one title in 10 seasons), perhaps not, but I hope so.
McInnes will get the season. I reckon we'll finish second (not being in Europe will help), and then we should be starting next season from a better position than the last few seasons.

Once we accept we are hopeless, it's time to pack up and go home.
We will finish second? We have 1 point from 2 games, and we were lucky to get that. Hearts have woken up, Motherwell have kicked on again and Aberdeen will improve, all under new or fairly new management.
This team of ours will be lucky to make the top 4 on current form.
