McInnes on why he's changing shape so much:
"You've got to be proactive and do more with the ball when you get it. You have to say that I look at us now and I'm thinking, well, we're no great as a possession-based team at the minute. We don't look so comfortable with our work.
We're not a counter-attacking team enough, or effectively enough, at times. We don't look like a team who are happy when we go direct. And teams need to be something."
So basically McInnes admitting he's no idea what he's doing.

Disagree. Players don't have the skill, or, for me, the desire to make a difference. We spent 14 million on 2 strikers that would struggle to score for Cumnock. Football is like football cards nowadays. Buy for 10, they are rubbish, but sell for 15, as the card has the potential of having no doublers. đ

It's concerning, Sunshine, to where we go from here, mate, and that was as poor a performance from Rangers last night as I can remember in my long time following Rangers. âšī¸ We've tried the rinse and repeat, changing managers after short periods of time in the job, and it's failed miserably and will never work, as we will never have stability.
đ¤ Recruitment over the years has a lot to answer for and a big part of the blame, imo. đĄ I'm just so disillusioned to where we go as a club from here, totally pig sick/scunnered, as we're never getting out the bit. âšī¸đĄ
