I have not been impressed with Fernandes at all this season.
To me he looks disinterested. He made a few half hearted passes that ran out of play or didn't run to get on the end of a few passes tonight, also noticed similar in the last few games.
He's posted something on his insta after the game saying "do it for you" obviously that could mean anything at all but I'm just wondering if there is any talk of him moving, possibly his head is elsewhere and may explain his attitude and performances.
Again this is just my observation and may be reading to much into it.

I actually thought he was better last night and did well. Carried the ball from defence a good few times and was strong defensively. Seemed to also be having a go at a few players for not making runs for the pass as well, which doesn't show disinterest to me. Picked up a silly yellow card but that was poor timing and he played for 80 minutes without doing anything to pick up a second.
Kevin Thomson says he plays with a languid style, so that is all you are seeing. He isn't a player, partly because of his size, who is going to sprint around all over the pitch. Just an easy target as well at the moment.

I thought he did ok in second half. I don't remember many times procrastinating about him.
