Sorry if I'm sounding like a broke record but what is the script with Souttar?
Quoting Itk John and we're paying him 17k pw
but he's nowhere to be seen.
Was also mention of a player heading out was carrying a knock, think some thought this was Barron but perhaps this is Souttar and this is what is holding up his move.?
Dont quite get why he's not part of squad till he's not.
Anyone got any info

Sometimes there are things that happen in players' lives that don't need to be known by fans.
Also, Soutrar was on around 8k, before his new contract extension - some deal to get it doubled in a 1+1 extension that was apparently signed so we could get a fee.

He was involved in training today. I'm sure I saw him in the Vid.
I don't mind him and I'm sure he could still do some sort of job even as a backup.

That's my point really. If he's not ready to move on, he should be training and ready to go when called upon. Same as everyone, we all have to deal with stuff, but we all need to turn up and get on with it. That's not being insensitive to big picture and life issues, it's just should be the reality of it.

Think he's been through a lot, I think it was after the injury he has not been the same, but it could be something personal, he's not been as bad as people say imo.

Sounds like something personal and more important than football has happened to Soapy and his people.

Maybe, just maybe he's not ready to start or in the right place right now. And the club are supporting him as best as they can.
Whatever it is, if anything, I wish him all the best, no matter where he ends up next season.
