I think some of the criticism of McInnes is unfair. Some decisions were wrong ok so he deserves stick but at least he's not saying this is his philosophy or way of playing so we need patience while we learn it.

He's saying what we all are that we need better players. We need width and creativity and we need defenders. It's up to the owners to give him that and they haven't. He's been badly let down so far by them.

He's definitely operating with one hand tied behind his back, Kaiser. D McInness will be just as frustrated as the rest of us, and knows he needs much better players, and needs them fast. However, picking poorer players to start, over better options, because they trained "good", is not going to do him any favours.

Which better options, though, Sunshine? Maybe Chermiti? But what if they've not looked good in training? Did they deserve to start based on what they were doing? I really don't know.

That's the player I was alluding to, Kaiser.

I believe the criticism is well justified. He is the tactician & knows what he has to play with. In the weeks running up to the United game, he should have got a game plan together with the eleven he has to choose from. To say he needs better players after one game is disrespectful to the players he has now.

DM is the manager ~ so manage. We should have been able to beat Dundee United with the players we have now. At least through grit & passion. It's a football game, don't over complicate it.

Sunshine, definitely. We always back the wrong man to the hilt - like Beale and Martin.
Clement & McInnes by looks of it not being backed to same extent.
