Just an alternative view for discussion while I'm checking my phone every 2 mins for signing news.
Does signing lots of captains help? Hear me out.the mentality thing I get but do you end up with a team full of head strong characters. Too many people with an opinion does not make a good team dynamic.
And to flip the crop on what I've just said what's everyones thought on if Tav came back as backup?

Advocaat signed Numan, Hendry, Tugay, Reyna.
Had Amoruso, Klos, Moore, Ferguson, who all went on to captain Rangers, and some captained their countries.
Had Ian Ferguson, Derek McCinnes.
That's a lot of captains, mate.

True, Stevie, and a very good point. Would love all our new captains to be as successful as the ones mentioned.
Hopefully McInnes is the man to bring it all together. Had read he's one of the best man managers about, so. 🤞🏼
