If the money is available for both Drago and Dahl, why not just go get him?
Unless the money available for 2 is Drago and a centre half.

Aint Tromso due to play on Thursday? I read a piece on Rangers news saying they're still haggling over the transfer fee despite personal terms being agreed with Dahl, but they're not giving him the go ahead anyway to travel to Glasgow for medical because they've got this game on for a Europa qualifier?
