It was 1994 - my first appearance on the Ibrox turf. Ball gets crossed in and I meet it flush and volley straight into the bottom corner of the Copeland Road goal. I slide on my knees towards the corner flag. It was an amazing feeling! ?
Only to get disrupted by the groundsman, telling me and my pal to get off the pitch.
We'd been invited to a corporate box in the main stand, had a great meal and a few bevvies. As everyone left we snuck out onto the pitch to score a few imaginary goals. That slide into the corner ruined my suit. ????

I was absolutely not so good. Got caught blue handed, but I lived my childhood dream for those 15 minutes on that pitch.
