This waiting about for announcement is doing my brain in, I've heard the rumour of why etc. i guess i'm just extremely impatient, it's kind of exacerbated by the fact you know it's going to happen just not the when ????

DM needs to be back in the UK, do the in-house video, photos in the stadium in his new club suit etc. It's all done outwith this. Our preseason starts Friday, but DM is due to be in Boston for the game as pre-planned. One of two options: he comes home early, or comes back and goes back to the US after completing the above.
I'm ok in either position as long as he's back permanently for the start of next week. His work starts immediately, though, in terms of recruitment.

I hope it's announced before training starts. Fine, if he has a contractual agreement, then he can't be there, but he can still make a start to have things in place.

Sws - have heard Steven Davis mentioned. Purely my opinion is that he'll bring someone with him and will likely bring someone new in. He'll need a GK coach too. Wouldn't be surpass to see Gordon or even McGregor return. But the only firm info on this I've heard is Davis. I'd be delighted with that.
