For the ones saying Barron plus cash to Bologna, why do we always undervalue our own players? Barron was amazing before picking up that injury and he was still playing better than Raskin when he came back. The same Raskin deemed good enough for the Belgian world cup squad.
I think Ferguson is a good player, but do I think he's better than Barron? I've not seen enough evidence to suggest there is that much in it.
Also if Bologna are interested in taking Barron there's a reason for that, unlike a lot of people on here they can see a player.
Give him 2 years out there and we'd be saying let's give Bologna £10m to buy him back.
Sometimes I think we're our own worst enemy.

I also like him. He plays with an energy and at a higher tempo than most of the squad.
I think his use of the ball can be better at times but I agree I wouldn't be in a hurry to sell him, at least for the moment.

Was playing amazing? You have to be kidding, if running about trying your hardest is amazing, then no wonder we came 3rd. He isn't better than Raskin and will never be better than Raskin.

Barron was diabolical in the last OF game. I love the effort he puts in, but after the injury he wasn't great. His effort masks his flaws at times.

Barron way overrated. Was always bought as being looked at as squad player.
His work rate looks good, but only masks the fact he has poor technical ability for top level.

He was only a squad player when signed, Jasp, but if you can't see him being vastly improved in a Rangers jersey, fair play, that just ain't what I'm seeing though, tired of saying it, every team needs a Barron in the middle of the park, that lets others express themselves.
