Say we give Rohl next season — what happens come January if we need another new manager again?
For me, Rohl hasn't shown he can adapt. I feel we'll see the same problems next season:
wrong team selections,
favourites constantly playing,
late substitutions,
no tactical changes during games,
and constant chopping and changing of players.
Some players disappear for months then suddenly start big games.
I honestly think the squad has enough talent, but it lacks leadership both on and off the pitch. Too many games drift away from us while the manager stands watching instead of changing things.
The stats might look decent on paper, but watching the games tells a different story lot game we struggle to score and defend
For me it's a big risk giving him the job next season because he hasn't shown he can adapt or learn from the same mistakes.
Bringing new players in won't automatically fix the mentality issues either. That starts with the manager first — he gives the players confidence in their ability, identity, belief, and consistency.
Right now I don't see enough of that. Too often the team looks unsure of itself, games drift away from us, and the same problems keep repeating
I hope he proves me wrong next season

I cannot take another season to rebuild. Let's get rid of who doesn't want to be here, keep the ones that want to prove themselves at Ibrox, with some young blood and smaller squad, we could start over.
I am on the fence regarding the manager. But getting another one will mean a massive investment and change of players yet again.

I assume, as a club, we are trying to bring players that can adapt to any style of football and not a certain manager's/head coach's style; that's why we employ people above Danny Rohl to make these decisions.

I thought Rohl looked like a broken man at his press conference after the match. He looked shell shocked and had no answers to the questions he was being asked. He just reverted to the same answer with the words moved around a bit. A Rangers manager needs to have more about him, it's time to change, again.

I don't think this squad has enough talent. I think Celtic, Hearts and Motherwell all have better attackers than we do, especially in the wide areas. Motherwell have a LW who has scored 17 goals. Their RW, Just, has 14 goal contributions. Celtic have Maeda, Yang, Nygren. Hearts have Braga, Shankland, etc.
I don't think we have a sitting midfielder as good as Watt at Motherwell. Celtic have McGregor to do that job for them. Who do we have?
This Rangers squad is badly lacking. Hence the chopping and changing. Rohl has been trying to squeeze as much out of this team as possible. He's tried 4-3-3 but it doesn't work with this group.
No number 6, which means we lose shape, no threat from wide areas, and no striker who can play that lone striker role. Chermiti is better with a strike partner, but he and Miovski just don't seem to work. I don't even know if this is Miovski or some imposter in a mask. People have been on here slagging off Butland, Djiga, Souttar, Tavernier, the list goes on. Now you're telling us the squad is good enough and it's all the manager's fault.
Bringing new players in won't automatically fix things, but it would certainly help. How can we ever have continuity or an identity when the club is constantly sacking managers and turning over squads?

Soccer fan, how ironic. You say you can't take another season to rebuild, then say get rid of people who don't want to be here, some young blood. Ohh the irony. ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️
