Not a knee-jerk reaction, but I don't think Rohl is going to take us any further.
Leading in the 1st half and allowing the players to slow the tempo down and pass it back into defence.
Hearts were there for an absolute mauling in the 1st half, but we never tried to capitalise.
What do we teach the defence? Always look shaky when challenged.
As soon as the Hearts player had reached the by-line, Shankland was on the move and scored whilst our defence looked on!
I get the whole 'give him a couple of windows', but in the evidence since he arrived I've yet to get the feeling he's the one!
The tactics and lack of tempo are on him.
Like every manager, he has the luxury of communicating to the team during the match.
We may have the better players on paper, but McInnes has shown how to develop a team to fight and win. Best of luck to Hearts as they've deserved it throughout the season.

Rohl ain't the man to take us forward. His constant inability (and backroom staff) to see a simple tactical change by other teams. His constant poor use of subs and when to make them and who to put on is downright wrong. He can't be defended or be trusted with more cash in the summer and he ain't no winner.

Lanzarite, I agree with you and have said it on here before. Mikey Moore has loads of ability, but gets such an easy ride from our fans. The amount of times he loses the ball and puts us under pressure frustrates the life out of me.

At least Moore was trying to make something happen. Ok, little came off, but would rather him than the other liabilities on the other side.
