Boyne Souttar has just signed a new deal.
Diomande.
Is certainly not surplus, although I'd like to sell him and reinvest, and Aasgaard may just be starting to come good, just maybe.

Cortes surplus, I would agree, but how much a hit will Rangers have to take.
Like a few players on the list, how many can we move on, and at what cost.
Defo agree with Souttar, but having just signed a new contract, who would take him, never mind buy him.
Imagine if Rangers were to sell Dio, they be looking for a decent return, so hardly surplus.

Unfortunately, because of the mess of a strategy, we could be in for one of our biggest turnover in players in recent years. 9 out before we even think of transfers.
