To Aphelion. You seem to be taking the views of Olsen that don't reflect your own views to heart. Firstly his mental health is important and he should get the help he requires. However that should not be to the detriment of our title bid. If an injury is the same as mental health then would you play an injured player?

No of course you wouldn't so why would you play a player who's mental health is not in the right place to support our bid for the title? Just like an injured player, we would be playing with a man down. That's just the reality. I wish Olsen all the best but in all honesty the clubs priority should be focusing on the title and right now Olsen is not up to it. We do need 11 warriors on the park who are up for the fight. I don't think its wrong to have that view. ???⚪️?.

Can't argue with that boyne truth, be told. There's potentially a 40+ million stake to claim finishing first or 2nd. Regardless of whatever player, if they're not up for it, then they get dropped. Clubs are bigger than any player and need to do what's correct for the club.

I have answered as best I can, hopefully it is allowed through.

I will not be responding to you in the future, so please take the answers as final.

Using the physical injury, you also risk doing more damage and putting them out for longer.

Regarding having the right players on the pitch, I'm sure Danny feels the same as he didn't feature last outing.

For me, if he's going to be used, it should be from the bench and let him feel his way into the match with the opposition tiring and less pressure.

It might only take a spark! A goal, a celebration with team mates, a song from the fans, and this guy can turn into a player we couldn't otherwise afford! We need to get behind guys moving to a new country, a new culture instead of grumbling every time they choose the wrong option.

In what world is confidence issues the same as an injury?

To answer your question, though am I not correct in saying one of our most cherished title wins remains in folklore due to Alex Mcleish playing a clinically injured player.

Keep believing is the phrase often quoted.

But I believe we need to try and work through these confidence issues and give him a platform to perform.
Which in turn benefits Rangers.

Aph, if someone had an injury and plays, they risk worsening the injury.

For me that's similar to a confidence issue. If you persevere and their form doesn't improve, it further worsens their confidence, making it more difficult to come back from.

Sometimes (mostly always) the best thing is to take them out of the spotlight for a while and let them come back under the right circumstances.

That's why it's important to have a good squad with at least 2 players for every position.
