That was a hard one to stomach, feel it showed how badly we need proper experience in the middle of the park, a player who can take the game by the scruff of the neck and control the game. It's amazing how many times I've seen us this year and I feel we actually don't have control in middle of park. We have a few who are ball winners and will run all day but they don't have the ability to control it.

No way we should have been defending a 1-0 lead against 10 men, we should have been using out extra man to make Motherwell work and then killed it off when they were out of position

I hate to say it but I think this performance shows why we will really struggle to win it this year.

I don't think selection was too bad at back or middle (for what we have there), i think making so many changes when game wasn't over cost us

Got to say, I disagree. They were by far the better team first half, even with our goal, and a bit ironic, once we took on a 2nd striker, we stopped the easy passage of play for them, even if they scored. 3 points tonight were for the taking. Danny Rohl got the line up and tactics all wrong.

The truth is we're still not good enough to win the league, and we've proved that against Hibs and now Motherwell.

Dio Aasgaard is not strong enough for the Scottish game, in my view. He offers very little when struggling. Sorry, but one game here or there is not good enough. We let guys like Hagi go for the same reasons, and i would still argue Hagi gave us more than both of them.

We don't kill teams off when we go a goal up. This has been the case for a while.

Trevor, I agree, but there is quite a big difference in a team trying to win and not being able to, and a team sitting in trying to sneak it.

Sorry, but for me that was a coward approach tonight. Danny Rohl pretty much went with the same team that just won at Ibrox, but Motherwell were the better team that day too, and very unlucky.

Giving them another chance against pretty much the same team was idiotic and asking for it. Danny Rohl wanted guys in early in the window for a title push, and now he doesn't use them. He has to look at himself tonight, then come out, hold his hands up, and then we can move on and hope for some luck.
