I see the Tinfoil hats have lasted longer than Halloween then.

I'm surprised people on here are not blaming Thelwell for his team selection on Sunday, surely with Chermetti starting up front that's all down to him? The recruitment hasn't been up to standard, but the team we have should still be able to compete (but definitely not guaranteed a result) with every other side in our league.

The refs aren't great, but the performance was shocking. And I'd even go as far as probably not a great team selection from Rohl/Thelwell.

I think we all need to realise where the team currently stands, we're not where we once were. The days of cups and titles are years behind us and it'll take us a few years to build that back up.

Strap in folks, this could be another long wait for success.

You would think that the club would have learned its lesson after letting Morelos go without any proven backups. Only to struggle until dessers got going. Igmane as a potential backup and then they get rid of both.

Our goal scoring is barely above 1 per game when 2 goals a game gets you second in this league. We need goals and we need lots of them if we are going to make a move. Frankly I don't see it happening.

So you think Thelwell picked the team AK7? read some nonsense and that's right up there.

Lots of negatives AK7.
Over the past few seasons we have punched above our weight in Europe and v Celtic we would have capitulated with RM in charge long before the regulation time of 90 minutes were up.

Danny Rohl has brought some structure, organisation and belief to the team since being appointed and will no doubt bring us success.

Sorry MyStar, maybe my dry sense of humour is lost over the net.

There is no way Thelwell is picking the team, other than the fact that he had final say on recruitment. But folk were claiming that for Brann.

There is also no way that the refs are out to get us. We're just not that good any more.

Ak7 could you explain why all the wrong decisions only go against Rangers in his fixture then?

03 Nov 2025 16:26:48
Maybe the ref had an off day, but when you look at individual matches it'll be easy to be pick a side that decisions might lean towards.

Over the season though, you'd probably see that refs are just human and make mistakes like the rest of us. If there was an actual pattern of refs deliberately calling our games against us, the league would be able to see it.

Or if there are so many of us mad about it on here, who have endless time to be online, best put that time to doing some research, recording the data and provide the evidence of a league wide conspiracy against Rangers to ref our games rubbish.

I just think the team is no longer the standard of the 9 in a row team, and as a fan base we're still living like they should be playing to that standard. We've got a good few players that have potential, and hopefully we add some experience in Jan or the summer. But realistically, this season is a Scottish Cup run and seeing if we can keep 3rd to maybe qualify for some form of Europe.

Ak7, You still have never explained, why do these bad calls always go against Rangers in this fixture? why not against Celtic in numerous games.

03 Nov 2025 17:46:57
That's the point My Star. They don't. You just think they do.

03 Nov 2025 18:17:08
All decisions never went against us DC a should have got a red card so that went for us.

03 Nov 2025 18:19:20
Just me like Ak7, all the decisions go against Rangers none against them, happened numerous times over the last few seasons, if any went against them my thinking wouldn't have changed.
