If martin does lose his job we now have a bigger problem at the club and that's people above him.
They are clearly out of touch with fan base they are hiring ex premier leauge staff and now head of recruitment and not even interviewing for these postions.
These guys have terrible records just look at the clubs they have been at and work they have done
Yet we are still getting fans on hear defending them madness.
There is only 1 way things will change and that is literally leaving ibrox empty that will not happen as we are so divded.
I actually think the board are a bigger problem now than martin is and that's saying something they where ones who recruited these players.
And if martin does leave a think a lot these players will still fail at our club so then what do we do or who gets the blame by that time we will be into next season with same people still on the board and recruitment.

Craig we've been far too kneejerk in the past got to say I think if the loyalty the staff above are giving people was given to people we would be in a better place ie Gio and I'd say Clement too to a certain degree.
