Just a thought. But has anyone wondered or linked the fact that the long awaited AGM. Has been postponed, delayed. Whatever you care to say. Maybe something to do with the fact that shares by dodgy spivs are locked in till Dec 7th and after that date they can sell their say in the company. Board holding out till that date. Then offski.

1.) Footie - that makes no sense at all

Take a look on the club website in the investor section, you will see the updated list of all shareholders (required by LSE rules) who own more than 3%
Ahmed and Green's names no longer appear there, they sold their personally held shares weeks if not months ago after the new Nomad allowed an amendment to the lock in conditions

2.) Op if you don't believe it go take a look through all the regulatory statements issued by RIFC, especially through September, lse website

3.) Postes 2 and 3 - yes you go through those regulatery annoncements and you will still find it fishy. where exactly in these announcements does CG dispose of his shares?

No mention of him as a major shareholder crossing certain thresholds (3%) as he reduced his holding. very smelly.

only this. on 19 October 2012, Mr Green has agreed to transfer 714, 285 shares owned by him to Laxey, once free to effect a transfer. Under the terms of the lock-in agreement entered into by Mr Green with the Company on 7 December 2012, Mr Green is prevented from transferring shares before 7 December 2013,

Why no other announcements to stock exchange disposing of the othe 5Millin shares. very very smelly

4.) OJ these are holding in the company announcements on the LSE website
