We already have Crooks signed up. We never play with 2 dedicated centre mids. If as you say is true what happens with Halliday, Holt and also potentially Shiels and Law.

Couple the above with the fact Morrison is on a decent amount that I doubt we can afford in terms of a wage I really can't see it.

I like Morrison as a player so I hope I am wrong but I just don't see it.

I think Morrison is exactly the type of player we should be going for. Wealth of top level experience. If we want to be ready for challenging for the title and Europe we will need to spend that type of cash on wages, no question. Him and a striker of that quality would do me along with a few younger players to fight for a place in the team along with Windass and Crooks.

Nonsense, never pay the wages that would land morrison and Warburton has always played 4-3-3 his from his first day in management, he has the entire youth academy playing it so young players can integrate into the first team easier. None of this is hard to find information.

We have to defend better and higher up so maybe he will land a top notch signing as part of DK's promise.
COLDO and SWIFTY - they could go and maybe that would leave enough cash for Morrison or someone similar?
Also Morrison's Dad will kick his ass if he doesn't come!

I think Morrison would take a pay cut to come to us. He's made a fortune playing in the EPL for his whole career, nearly. Thing is he's been scrapping about the bottom end of it fighting relegation. Sometimes players like that like coming to the Old firm for a shot at winning
something and European football.
I think if MW could get his hands on a player of that quality he would bite your hand off. I'm sure Halliday or Holt could drop out to accommodate without changing the formation with them as back up.
This is the level we need to be at least aiming for with one or two signings. I'm all for buying in youth and bringing them on but one or two stars would really
shine and make the difference in that team. Like Wallace, you can tell he's that bit higher a standard than the rest of the team because he's played at a higher level. Miller would too if he was a few years younger.

Well he is out of contract at the end of the season and is currently injured. Not a bad shout to be honest! Can't see us being able to offer his wages, or to be more precise, I am not sure we should be offering any big wages until we are 100% clear of Ashley and our issues.

I'm not necessarily saying go all guns blazing for Morrison but I do think we need 1 or 2 signings with top level experience. For all the good play this year we have been slightly nieve at times. Few older heads would sort that right out and influence the younger players.
Saying that I fully expect Holt and Halliday to shine next year at that level with a decent CDM behind them. In fact I expect them to shine at that level in the semi final with Ball behind them. Got a funny feeling we'll pass the ball around their midfield all day anyway with what we have.

Scored a lot of goals last season but gets booted off the park all the time so is injury prone. Rumours where here that Man City and Arsenal where after him last season. They are a family club and really well run. Bring through the youth like Kennedy and look at the non league in the transfer window so you know your watching 11 players Who want to be there. Get to watch an honest game of football with no one there to just pick up the money. Was a good change from watching the likes of black, temple ton and sandaza etc who where there just for the money and not performing.

Think we're letting young beerman off the hook guys his tackle for the penalty was a disgrace and am no buying the inexperienced excuse it was a rush a blood to the head and the 2nd goal big Wes blundered as well he went down too early we can't give that lot a 2 goal start.

As for beerman of course you have to give him a bit of leeway we are crying out for young players getting a chance and when 1 makes a mistake in the heat of an old firm game he's slaughtered.! Better and more experienced players than him have made mistakes and rash tackles in old firm games.

Do you honestly think Tavernier bombs forward because he wants to? Or do you think he bombs forward because his manager tells him to?

By the way that was a rhetorical question and the answer was he does so because his manager tells him to. Therefore, it will make no difference who we play at RB because Warburton will tell them to bomb forward as well because that is the system he likes his teams to play.

With regards to moving him to midfield, you may have noticed that we don't actually play with wingers, which means that there would be no place for him in midfield.

he does like to bomb forward but that's why the gaffer bought him and he has been one our best this season

we have enough midfielders without making our shaky defence worse by putting hodson who is a good player in rb when tav is a much better rb.

warbs will have to change or leave because his system as much as there are parts when there is nice football getting played there are many worse parts to our team that a simple formation change would solve.
