Remember reading here that if Bordeaux don't go up, they don't have the option to extend Josh Maja's contract past this summer. They're getting beat right now looks like they're going to finish outside promotion spots. Think our interest in him will heat up from this point.

Seen some backlash on Twitter over us being back in for Morgan Whittaker at Swansea.
I get the frustration over us constantly scouting the championship but this boy genuinely looks a quality right winger.
Only 22 and had 9 goals + 7 assists before his loan was cut short in January. Only got a single goal in 16 championship appearances because he's only getting substitute appearances (goal came in a game he played 90 minutes)
We need to take more chances on younger players who we can actually sell on for a decent fee one day. Better than signing has beens who leave on a free 3 years later.

I would hazard a guess there is a reason he is only getting substitute appearances and its not because he’s playing a blinder.

Quality winger in league 1. can't get a sniff in the championship.

Ryan Hardie and Josh Windass both having good seasons in League 1 should we go and get them back? Whittaker had a good spell in that league but has returned to Swansea and cannot get a game in a poor team in the EFL . Is that really the standard we need? If the price was right i. e a lot lower than £2 million, it might be a possible development signing but can`t see him being a first teamer when he signs at first.

Would prefer we got either of the young lads (Panzo/ Trusty) in to partner Goldson next season. Sick of us signing 29+ players and would prefer if we'd take a chance on developing a talent and selling them on a few years down the line.

Done a bit of reading on this Coco he's more a utility player than an out and out winger, has played as a wing back on either side for Nantes this season.
Looks like he's quite a pacy player, agile and a decent cross on him him, though his numbers aren't anything impressive obviously.
