Hello all this is my first post so please be gentle haha. Everywere i look people are talking about EPL managers or foreigners why not give Murty the chance or if they are going for McInnes then Murty as no 2. Forgive me if I am wrong but Sir Walter hadn't had a lot of managerial experience before coming as no2.

I really like murty and the way he works if we can get the manager right then having murty well respected as development manager won't be a bad thing, my issue would be if a new manager came in and change the whole staff, I'd imagine especially big sam with his 15 staff would, if we can nail the manager and have murty with the youths it could be a great set up, i'm not going to lie i just wouldn't spend the money on sam and his 15 staff, i like macinnes and think he would do well, prople are expecting miracles overnight, but i think if we get it right quick the way celtic are dropping stupid points we could be in with a shout if we get consistency, celtic as long as there involved in europe are changing there team for domestic and have shown to be inconsistent against lower teams, we could really take advantage of that if we get it right

Agree but we can't afford to take any risks this time needs to be an experienced operator to sort the mess out
