There was a story yesterday the the Preston deal for Wright had collapsed as rhe sides couldn't reach agreement.

Three strikers and we`ve already signed Lammers that doesn`t seem right. Wright or Dessers I would have thought and Maja. Why do we need Panzo and Trusty unless Davies is going? Press suggesting today that we are about to sign Sima on loan from Brighton so that suggests some of the other targets ain`t coming. Did Beale not say he didn`t want loans?

In terms of players leaving I can only see Kamara and possibly Colak, (if an offer comes in), being sold and I still see Borna wanting to stay with an extended contract.
If he doesn't sign a new contract then I could see Lunstram being sold but given the wages that Scott Wright is on and what we are rumoured to want for him I can't see him going unless it is later in the transfer window and I feel that the only way that we will get rid of McLaughlin is with a pay-off.
I'd love to see those players that John mentioned above signed and I'd also like to see us bring in Tom Davies although at present that one doesn't look likely.

Dessers/ Sima: Would rather see Sima on loan.
Cifuentes: Still don't know much about him, but I'm really optimistic about this one.
Panzo: Improves the starting 11 and re-enforces my feeling that we're going to a back 3.
Trusty / Mantilla: Would rather see Mantilla signed, unless we lose Davies - then we'd need Trusty.
Maja: Is the one striker I'm desperate for us to sign.

Looking at John's list of potential exits the only one that I would be sorry to see go is Lawrence although I have heard rumours of him returning South and I have heard rumours that both Swansea City and Southampton are interested in him.
As for the others mentioned, I would like to think that if he is available on a free that we will be able to get rid of McLaughlin.
The same stories continue regarding Davies, that due to family reasons he struggled to settle. My only concern would be the fee that we will be looking for might put Clubs off signing him.
As for Wright, it will all come down to whether anyone is interested in him at the fee we want, personally I would just be happy to see him off our wage bill.
As for Matondo, I keep hoping that he will become a player for us; he has the skill but just doesn't show it enough, perhaps it is a lack of confidence but who knows.
With regards to the others mentioned by John, I would be happy to see them go and replaced by better players if the incoming fee was in line with our expectations.

Next 2 to be confirmed are Panzo and Cifuentes.
Work still to be done on other targets.
Players we will likely sell, Colak, lawrence, Wright, Kamara, Lundstram, Davies, Sakala, Zukowski, Mclaughlin.
Lawrence, Sakala and Lunny were all free transfers, if we sell all 3 that covers the lost sales of Kent and Alfie based on there values at point of leaving for free was roughly 15 mill for both. We can surely get 5 mill a piece for Kamara and Colak, we only paid just over 2 mill for both.
If we can move that lot on we could potentially have a transfer kitty of 25-30 mill to get the 6-7 players in for the start of pre season or at least the first champs league qualifier.
Would love us to get,
Panzo, Cifuentes, Maja, Palma, Kristovic, Solbakken, Sima, Osayi Samuels for starters :)
Add that lot to,
Butland, Mcrorie, Tavernier, Sterling, Goldson, Souttar, Barisic, Yilmaz, Raskin, Dowell, Jack, Cantwell, Hagi, Lammers, Matondo, Roofe.
We will romp the league and have a good run in europe ( ideally qualifying for the group stage, finishing 3rd and ending up in the europa league knockout round )

Interesting list John but hopefully Lawrence remains at Ibrox as he had an excellent start to his Rangers career until he sustained an injury.
Lawrence swap but who with?
Sakala mb? - he offers us something different upfront with his pace and a decent goals record since the arrival of MB.
Matondo - swap?
Barasic - has Borna not signed a 1 year contract extension?
Colak - excellent goal scoring record at the start of the season under GVB, but very few minutes under MB.
Roofe - exceptional striker if only he could stay fit.
The other players listed you might expect to leave but we need to try and recoup some of the fee we payed for Ben Davies, and also get minimal fees for McLaughlin and Wright.
We have made a positive start in bringing in Butland, Sterling, Dowell, and Lammers so hopefully we are successful in securing our other transfer targets, and making the correct decisions on which players leave the club.
